“Honest. Fair Price. Responsive. Above and beyond. Fast. Marco from Pro Roto came out on a Wednesday night. We called him at 10pm and he was over inside 90 minutes like he promised. Fixed the issue, had camera’s so I could see what had happened in the pipes and recommended a couple permanent solutions beyond just a snake. We have old pipes so needed to replace a lot of it. The solve was a pretty major job and he came back Saturday morning at 8am to do the work with a team of 3-4 people. They had to remove landscaping, grass, dig 2 8 ft by 5 ft holes and install new pipe. They did all of this by 5pm and the water was only off for a few hours. You can’t tell they removed the landscaping and grass because it all went back like nothing happened. Nice surprise. Overall he was great at communicating what was happening, had great tools and was very considerate on when to do things as we have a 6 month old in the house. I haven’t written many reviews on yelp before but for a service that seems like consumers have so little information and where we need to trust someone to do a quality, honest job I would recommend Pro Roto/Marco to everyone with an emergency, major or minor repair.”

“Simply put, these guys are awesome. Read the reviews, everyone said they actually answered the phone. Sure enough, and put me immediately in touch with Marco, who was on call. Marco was passionate about not charging more than possible, which in this case was coming after 4 pm and going into overtime. Said I couldn’t wait, so I was willing to pay extra. Instead, he called one of his less urgent appointments, rescheduled that, and came to my house in 15 minutes. Fixed my problem and was on his way. Extremely professional and courteous. “Compared to some of the other reviewers, our issue was small: a running toilet. I called and left a message at night and received a call back in less than 30 minutes. Marco assured me “they do it all” and explained if it wasn’t an emergency, he could save us money and come out the next day. We agreed on 12pm, and if it was going to be later, he would call me with advanced notice. The next day, Marco called to alert me he could come earlier than 12. Right away he knew our problem was the valve, he brought a part, replaced it and was out the door in less than 20 minutes. This was an easy breezy exchange and I won’t hesitate to call them again!”

“I broke the main water pipe going into our house (made the mistake of swinging a tool too close!!!) and had no idea what to do. I called Pro Roto and they said someone would be out in about 1/2 hour. Long story short, my husband was able to come home and shut off the water line, but the tech that was supposed to come out called me back after I cancelled just to make sure everything was ok, and he even offered to come over and turn the water off for free. I was truly impressed with this kind of customer service, it’s not very often that a business actually cares and will go out of their way to help. So, I didn’t end up needing a plumber, but the next time I do, I’m definitely calling Pro Roto Plumbing! Thank you!”

“Don’t waste your time calling the other plumber’s…just call these guys straight away. Tried to call several people on a Sunday to fix a hot water issue we were having and these were the only guys that picked up the phone. Isaac was honest and quickly got to work, identified the issue and fixed the problem. Several other companies wanted to give me 3-4 day response time and when you have a hot water issue that time frame is not acceptable. I highly recommend them and they will be my go to for all my plumbing needs.”

“So I can’t rate their actual plumbing ability, but I can say they were available in an emergency. I called at least 10 other plumbers but no one picked-up or when they did there were no technicians available to do the work. Isahak was great, he not only took the call but he gave me options! It turns out that it was an easy fix and didn’t need a plumber to make the repairs, but I really appreciated the fact that Pro Roto was REALLY a 24 Hour service!”

“Last week I had Pro Roto come out for what I thought was an emergent plumbing fix having just had a catastrophic mini flood when my sub-contractor sawed into one of our main kitchen lines – we had what I thought was just a quick patch job done at the time of the accident. Obviously I know nothing about plumbing – and I called several plumbing companies asking for someone to do a “real fix” – Marco Acosta of pro-Roto called back and agreed to meet me early before normal working hours and save the day. He was timely, professional and HONEST!
